PrintYourDuck is operated by Meritocra LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. PrintYourDuck is the customer-facing brand used for the service.

We collect the information you submit through the quote form, including contact details, project requirements, delivery context, uploaded files, file metadata, and order-related communication.

We use this information to review printability, prepare quotes, communicate with you, process approved orders, and provide shipping updates.

Uploaded files are treated as private project materials and are used only for review, quoting, production, and support related to your request.

We may share necessary project details with vetted production, logistics, payment, hosting, storage, or support providers to operate the service.

Transactional email and payment providers may process contact, quote, payment, and delivery communication details needed to send confirmations, hosted payment links, invoices, receipts, and tracking updates. We do not store full card numbers.

We use necessary storage for core site operation and consent preferences. Optional analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) load only after you allow analytics cookies or similar browser storage.

We may use coarse country signals from the hosting platform to suggest a more relevant regional quote page. This suggestion does not replace the country you submit in the quote form.

Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, Europe, or other locations where our service providers operate. We use the information only for service operation, quote review, approved order fulfilment, security, support, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping.

We keep quote, order, payment, and support records for as long as needed for the service, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business needs. Uploaded files can be deleted earlier when practical after a request is closed.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing quotes@printyourduck.com. We may need to keep some records where required for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes.
