Refund / Reprint Policy
This policy explains how refund, replacement, and reprint requests are reviewed for custom 3D printed orders.
PrintYourDuck is operated by Meritocra LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. PrintYourDuck is the customer-facing brand used for the service.
Custom 3D printed parts are made to order. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible.
If a part arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved quote, contact us with photos and order details. We review refund, replacement, or reprint requests case by case.
Minor layer lines, support marks, small colour variation, and normal 3D printing tolerances may be expected unless otherwise agreed in the quote.
Reprints may require returning the original item or providing clear evidence of the issue before a resolution is approved.
Approved resolutions can include a corrected reprint, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other practical fix depending on the issue, project requirements, and the approved quote.
