Terms of Service

These terms apply to quote requests and custom 3D printing orders submitted through printyourduck.com.

PrintYourDuck is operated by Meritocra LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. PrintYourDuck is the customer-facing brand used for the service.

PrintYourDuck accepts custom 3D printing quote requests for manual review. Submitting a request does not create an order and does not require payment.

A final price, estimated timeline, material recommendation, and shipping details are confirmed only after manual review. Production starts only after quote approval and payment.

Payment is requested only after a quote is approved, usually through a hosted payment link or invoice from a payment provider. Payment pages, card statements, invoices, and receipts may reference PrintYourDuck, printyourduck.com, Meritocra LLC, or a short transaction descriptor that identifies the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate files, requirements, delivery information, and confirmation that they own or have permission to use uploaded designs.

By submitting a file, you give Meritocra LLC permission to use the submitted files and related project details only to review the request, prepare a quote, produce an approved order, arrange delivery, provide support, and maintain business records.

We may decline requests for weapons, regulated items, medical devices, safety-critical parts, illegal items, or designs that raise rights, safety, or feasibility concerns.

Custom 3D printed parts can have visible layer lines, support marks, small colour variation, and normal manufacturing tolerances unless a different finish or tolerance is explicitly confirmed in the quote.

Quotes may expire, change, or be withdrawn if files, quantities, delivery details, supplier availability, taxes, duties, or project requirements change before payment.
